This serves to confirm that Vortex Technologies (Pty) Ltd is currently contributing to sustainable economic development programmes in the Reiger Park Community. Their Program is of utmost importance in a Community ravished by Social Decay, and forms part of the Corporate Social Investment Strategy of Government.

Harambe Community Development and Resource Centre continually strive towards the total obliteration of Social Decay, not just in Reiger Park, but additionally in South Africa. We are constantly encouraged by Initiatives and Programs that seeks to address relevant issues of the day, head-on. Vortex Technologies (Pty) Ltd contribution to the broader Vision, Mission and Objectives of Harambe's holistic approach to addressing Social Decay, is vigorously encouraged by this organization.

As the challenge for change and transformation continues, and the apartheid struggle is now fought in the corridors of Multi-National and National Coporates, self-reliance through the sustainability of social programs have become imperatives that must succeed, in order for Freedom and Democracy to survive. The impact hereof is felt in all Communities in our Country, and no community has been guaranteed immunity of the resultant outcome, of the continued struggle for equality. Vortex Technologies (Pty) Ltd is bridging the gap of information technology as a tool for disadvantages schools to become more competitive and improve the quality of their recordkeeping, administration and service delivery to the community.
